Distribution: Occurring chiefly west of the Cascades crest in Washington; British Columbia to Washington, east across Canada to the Great Lakes region and northeastern North America.

Habitat: Cold, clear water to 2 meters deep.

Flowers: June-September

Conservation Status: Threatened in Washington (WANHP)
